J. Benyak - Partner Over 30 years of experience in commercial
and Federal, State and Local Government healthcare. Creating sales
and marketing teams with specific emphasis on strategic and tactically
complex sales. Extensive success and experience with communications
and medical divisions of Motorola, Eli Lilly, Daimler-Benz, and
Medtronic Corporation. Effectively assessed and trained existing
commercial sales forces to maximize Government revenue with minimal
corporate resource requirements. Broad assignments have provided
the opportunity to utilize sales and management experience in very
diversified product lines. This is vested in the recognition that
although the basics of sales and marketing remain somewhat consistent;
nuances and customs of the varied product users are vastly different.
Experience continuum includes diagnostic cardiovascular monitoring,
ultrasound, and radiographic imaging, and both cardiac and renal
therapies, encompassing defibrillation and lithotripsy.

Corp with primary duties as a Biomedical Engineer evaluating and
recommending technology solutions in monitoring and radiology. Extensive
experience in complex sales, program management, operations, and
business management involving teaming, partnering, large, medium,
small cap companies and technology start-ups. Registered Professional
Engineer in Maryland and Wisconsin, long-term member of the American
Society of Healthcare Engineers.
Alexander
M (Rusty) Sloan, M.D., FACP, Lt. General USAF (Ret) - Partner
Board certified internist/ nephrologist providing healthcare in
a variety of settings for 20 years in addition to headquarters level
management in the United States and Europe for 14 years. Surgeon
General of the Air Force setting the policy and direction of the
tri-service Department of Defense healthcare from 1991-1994. Previously
a project executive with the Koop Foundation for advanced technology
automation and informatics tools in healthcare. Provides strategic
vision and guidance to multi-disciplinary healthcare products and
services to maximize selling team effectiveness.
